Our rare Java Root Tables are excavated from trees only found in the most eastern islands of Indonesia. In these islands communities work to cultivate the land and minimise waste by using all parts of the tree, hence these gorgeous tables. Using the roots in this way helps to regenerate the soil, whilst creating valuable livelihoods for local people.
