If you wish to maintain the cosmetic look of this bench, it is recommended that you apply a teak sealer (available under accessories at £18.95).  If you leave the bench with no treatment, it will assume an elegant silver grey effect due to the weathering process, this will not affect the structure of the Teak Bench.  Although it should be noted that many people prefer the silver grey effect.
